Shipping Note: Most orders are processed the same business day we receive them and should arrive at your USA address in 2 to 3 business days. Weekends and holidays not counted. Orders shipped outside the USA take longer.

In your return, please BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME AND ADDRESS and/or a copy of the receipt that was sent with the order. Include a brief note asking for a refund, credit to your account, or product replacement.

If you paid for your order by Credit Card then your refund will be credited to the card used for your most recent purchase. Money order and check purchases will be refunded by check. Please allow 7-10 business days for refund process.

A refund for the domestic, (USA only), postage you incur in returning the product will be noted on your account and included in your next order.

NOTE: Items received beyond the 90-Day eligibility date plus a 10-day grace period for shipment may be discarded and credit will not be issued. If you are close to the 90-day date, please call 1-800-866-0978 before mailing your return. Please do not return empty bottles as returns may be refused on a case-by-case basis where there is a pattern of abuse. All returns valued at $200 or more per item can be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
