"Delivery being a 3 is not due to Epic4Health but the procedures in the United Kingdom. I was not advised that the package would have to go through UK customs and be liable to 17.5% VAT (UK£13.91) on the value nor that Parcel Force would charge UK£13.50 handling charge over and above that paid to US Mail. In my phone calls to Mike Engel at Epic4Health in New York he could not have been more helpful or courteous. The only other point is that US Postal charges were advised as being changed to US$28.50 instead of the original quote of US$22.50 whereas I believe the final cost was US£30.30. (I have to await credit card charge to reach me to confirm this) as per US Express Mail mailing label on the package. The cost of the 180 Qgels was $112 however postage, customs and handling charges in the USA and UK has added another $81 to this cost making a total of US$ 193 for the 180 gels. (Approx $1.07 each)"
