Vitamin A 7500 IU (as palmitate & beta carotene): Required for night vision, healthy skin and hair, bone and tooth development, growth and repair of body tissues, as well as reproduction.

Vitamin C 250 mg (as buffered mineral ascorbate): Antioxidant vitamin, essential for a healthy immune system, and the production of collagen, which is necessary for the formation of skin, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, bones, teeth, and for the strength of blood vessel walls. Vital for wound repair, healthy gums, and the prevention of easy bruising. May help protect against cataracts.

Vitamin D 400 IU (as cholecalciferol): Required for calcium and phosphorus absorption and utilization. Necessary for the maintenance of bones, teeth, and nails, as well as for growth and development.

Vitamin E 160 IU (as d-alpha tocopheryl acetate): Antioxidant vitamin, which prevents cell membrane damage and inhibits the oxidation of LDL cholesterol. Helps maintain healthy heart, immune system, skin, nerves and muscle function. Important for tissue repair. Strengthens capillary walls, protects blood cells, and can improve circulation.

Thiamin 20 mg (vitamin B-1 as mononitrate): Required for energy production, especially converting carbohydrates into glucose, and also in the metabolism of fats and proteins. Essential for healthy nervous system and muscle function, including the heart muscle.
